The Board of Directors of HTA has decided to postpone the AGM and elections to 12/17/23. The meeting will be held from 2 PM to 4 PM on Zoom. Floor nominations will not be allowed. There are a total of 8 vacancies for the position of directors.
Nomination form and proxy form can now be submitted till 7 PM on 12/12/23. -
AGM and Board elections
1) HTA will hold its AGM and Board elections on 12/17/2023 from 2 PM to 4 PM.
2) The AGM/Elections will be held on Zoom.
3) Floor nominations are not allowed.
