It is very easy to get membership of Hindu Temple of Arizona. You can download the pdf Form, fill it in and bring it to the Temple alongwith your donation amount. You may also donate online as well. Following is the Membership Levels, you may pick one that you feel comfortable with. Remember you can always upgrade your membership levels by paying the difference from the current to your desired level of membership.
